Asalam Alaikum Hello All I am a Muslim women(don't ask what kind of Muslim, I don't carry labels, I am a Muslim. PERIOD!!). I reverted to Islam Oct. 11, 2002 and have been growing in this beautiful religion ever sense. I am not perfect and I do my best everyday to follow the Quran and Sunnah. I am married to an Egyptian man and we have three beautiful children Ali(7), Omar(6), Yusur(10 mounths). After Allah and the Prophet[sallaAllahu alayhe wa sallam(peace be upon him)] my family is most important to me. I am a stay at home mom, and I love every minute of it(most the time lol). You will find that I am a little on the silly side(some say crazy lol), but still down to earth. My social life is mostly though this blog and it means alot to me. I love my blog and my blog friends, you all truly mean so much to me. I have wonderful friends in real life, but sadly I don't get to see them much. This blog is open to the public, but most personal things about me are set for contacts only. My contacts are female only, NO MEN ALLOWED, so men don't even send an invite!! I am very picky with who I add to my contact list, you will find my list small most the time, I prefer quality over quantity. Please feel free to be honest and open on my blog, but don't be rude or hateful. If you can't say anything nice, or at least be cordial, then get to steppin.

- Off to the post office. yippy, can't you just feel my enthusiasm lol, but it must be done, these things don't mail themselves lol. But then off to the yarn shop to buy yarn I really don't need lol, well I kind of do, making scarf sets for my inlaws and the colors they want I don't have. So yes I NEED to go buy yarn for them, not to mention how wonderful it feels to shop and buy new yarn, only my fellow crafters may understand this lol. I need yarn therapy lol :D :D Happy Happy Joy Joy :D
- Squirrels were doing the nasty on my balcony lol, and right up against the door. The kids are like mom what are they doing... I said they were playing, I mean how do I explain squirrel love?
- I would like to say what a good day it's been. Sometimes we only talk about our bad days, I know I focus on these days more then the good ones. I don't want to be Debbie Downer :( Soooo today was a great day and I feel truly blessed mashaAllah.
- Couldn't find the yarn I need at Joanns so I went to a yarn shop and grrrrrrr they didn't have it either. I am like for real, it's a bright purple. It's the same color purple as the Vikings, I am like we live in MN and I can't find a Vikings purple, grrrrrrr. Sooooo what to do. Well the scarf I am making is purple with stripes in a color changing yarn that this blue/pink/purple. I am thinking maybe on one half of the scarf use a nice blue, so purple on one end and blue on the other with the color changing yarn as the stripes that pull it together. Ain't gonna let not finding the yarn I need get to me, one thing I have is a creative mind :D mashaAllah

- Sisters, anyone have a problem on Sept. 11? Peoples emotions are high this day and sometimes they take it out on Muslims, as some people see that all Muslims are terrorist and responsible for this day. I don't go out on this day if possible. Actually a day or so before and after I try to stick close to home. This day was a horrific event and many good people died of all faiths, yes even Muslims, and it is a day I feel grief to. I hate that this happened, I hate it more that "Muslims" are claimed to be responsible, but it's not fair that many good hearted Muslims are being help accountable for things they had no part of, they grieve as well. And God knows best
